Man-tor, 70, Neenah, who died Thursday. The Rev.

Robert J. Firary will officiate and inurnment will be in the mausoleum. Mr. Mantor was born Nov. 22, 1912, in Antigo, the son of Willis and Claire Rammer Mantor.

He married Ann Suchy in 1938 in Fond du Lac. A Neenah resident for the past 45 years, he was employed at Kimberly-Clark Corp. for 40 years prior to retiring in 1975. He was a member of the K-C Quarter Century Club, the American Association of Retired Persons and the Germania Society. Surviving are his widow; one daughter, Mrs.

John (Justine Claire) Wantz, Glen Ellyn, one brother, George, Antigo; and one sister, Mrs. Chester (Alice) Blu-menstein, Minocqua. There will be no visitation. A memorial has been established. Kessler Funeral Home is uncharge of arrangements.

Bernard Bunke Bernard "Ben" Bunke, 87. a resident of the Oshkosh Care Center, died there Friday afternoon. He was born May 27, 1896, in Oshkosh, the son of Ferdinand and Louise Streicher Bunke. He married Norma Ristow, Sept. 28, 1916, in Menominee, Mjch.

Mr. Bunke, a meat cutter, was last employed at Bie-bel's Meat Market He was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving are his widow; three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Ruth) Reber, Anaheim, Lucille Bearss, Costa Mesa, and Mrs.

Charles (Joyce) Shelton, three sons, Kenneth, Long Beach, Bernard Georgia, and Robert, Oshkosh; two sisters, Margaret Mindl and Mrs. Herman (Mildred) Braun, both of Oshkosh; 19 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Services will be Monday at 7 p.m. in Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home, the Rev. Thomas Asuma officiating.

Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 6 p.m. until the time of services. Tedlie infant Vernon Moloney WAUTOMA Vernon "Mac" Maloney, 64, Beloit, and a summer resident of Wautoma, died Friday at his home in Beloit. He was born Dec.

9, 1918, in Beloit, the son of Frank and Celia Sheehan Maloney. He married Marvel I. Wagner, Oct. 31, 1953. Mr.

Maloney graduated from Beloit Memorial High School in 1936 and attended South Dakota State University. For many years he was in business with his father at Maloney's Pure Oil Service, Beloit. He also served as an apprentice machinist at Fairbanks Morse, Beloit, and for 17 years was a machinist at Dolphin Machine Works, Beloit. He was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church, Beloit, the Knights of Columbus and the Royal Order of Moose.

Surviving is his widow. Graveside services will be Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. in Wautoma Union Cemetery, the Rev. Dennis Worzalla officiating. Friends may call at Ayars Funeral Home, Wautoma, Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.

There will be also visitation and services Monday in Beloit. Paul J. Kammerer FOND DU LAC Paul J. Kammerer, 79, Fond du Lac, died Saturday morning in his home. He was born March 8, 1904, in Oshkosh, the son of Paul and Catherine Bender Kammerer.

He married Loyola Sette Little, May 2, 1964, in Mankato, Minn. Mr. Kammerer was a salesman for Texas Refinery Corp. for 15 years. He was a member of Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac, and its Men' Club, the Lakeside Organ Guild, the Fond du Lac County Association for Retarded Citizens and the Kiwanis Sunrisers, and was an associate member of the Dodge and Fond du Lac counties' Retired Teachers Association.

Surviving are his widow; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Terry (Jayne) Crown, Union Grove; one brother, Albert, Ama-rillo, Texas; one sister, Clara Suda, San Diego, and two stepgrandchildren. Services will be Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. in Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac, the Rev. Paul Pi-otter officiating.

Entombment will be in Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Fond du Lac. There will be no visitation. Twohig Wimberger Funeral Home, Fond du Lac, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials have been established to Hospice Hope and Fond du Lac County Association for Retarded Citizens. Services were held Saturday afternoon in Lake View Memorial Park for the infant child of William and Linda Blackwell Tedlie, Oshkosh, who was stillborn Friday in Mercy Medical Center.

The Rev. Leroy Johnsrud officiated. Surviving are the parents, Oshkosh; one brother, William Tedlie at home; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Blackwell and Mr.

and Mrs. Wendell Tedlie, all of Oshkosh; and great-grandmothers, Rae Powell, Nova Scotia, and Arvilla Passehl, Clintonville. Seefeld Funeral Chapels was in charge of arrangements. Clara M. Wickert Clara M.

Wickert, 89, Oshkosh, died Friday morning in Oshkosh Care Center. She was born May 12, 1894, in the town of Algoma, the daughter of George and Lavina Hauert. She married Harvey L. Wickert, June 16, 1916, in Oshkosh. He died Jan.

24, 1965. Mrs. Wickert was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ and Gold Star Mothers. She was a charter member of the Oshkosh Outboard Club and a former member of the Southside Businessmen's Auxiliary. Surviving are one son, Melvin G.

Wickert, Oshkosh; one sister, Mrs. Arthur (Rona) Baehman, Oshkosh; and one grandchild. Services will be today at 5 p.m. in Marquardt Oregon Street Chapel, the Rev. E.R.

Rapp officiating. Burial will be in Peace Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call today from 2 p.m. until the time of services at the Oregon Street Chapel. A memorial has been established.

Victor O. Hirseman Victor O. Hirseman, 78, Oshkosh, died Saturday morning in Mercy Medical Center. He was born April 23, 1905, in Sheboygan, the son of Amandes and Mathilda Kuehling Hirseman. He married Lucille Spanbauer, May 20, 1938, in Oshkosh.

She died June 20, 1979. Mr. Hirseman moved to Oshkosh in 1932. He was employed by American Excelsior in Sheboygan and Oshkosh for 55 years, retiring as superintendent in 1977. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs.

Clarence (Malitta) Rahn and Lucille Schutte, Sheboygan, and Buelah Hirseman, Oshkosh. Services will be Monday at 7 p.m. in Marquardt Oregon Street Chapel, the Rev. E.R. Rapp officiating.

Winnebago County Corporation Counsel Gerald Enge-ldinger said all eight parties in the suit had settled but de clined to say how much the settlement totaled, pending a report to Winnebago County supervisors.

The case was scheduled to go to trial Monday. t'Two felons who escaped from Winnebago Mental Health Institute earlier in the week were arrested in River Falls. Brian R. Hoye, 21, of River Falls, and David Brunner, 22, of Milwaukee, were apprehended in a home after a baby-sitter tipped off police. 'The Grand Opera House will apparently get the lion's share of the $401,000 federal funds bonus that the city of Oshkosh will receive.

The Common Council informally approved a plan which would spend the $401,000 on the Grand restoration and five other projects suggested by the city administration. Neenah-Menasha The Neenah Housing Authority this week is expected to let bids for $14,000 rehabilitation work on a Doty Island home that's being used in the city's home ownership assistance program. The house, at 128 Fifth will be refurbished and then sold. Menasha city officials have received two proposals from developers for downtown office buildings along Main Street. The sites being considered are now occupied by the old fire station and adjoining Gibson Chevrolet building and the area directly across the street.

The Future Neenah Committee unveils a downtown revitalization plan for the city council, and says cooperation from the public and private sectors is needed to make it work. The Neenah Council passes an advisory resolution, asking the state to improve Its economic climate so that businesses will want to locate in Wisconsin and expand here. A zoning change that would enable a warehouse to be built on the north side of Kaukauna Street, near Tayco Street, was tabled by the city of Menasha's Plan Commission. He was born Aug. 1, 1899, in Adams County, the son of James and Augusta Leach. He married Clara Belle Rice Dec. 14, 1953, in Hancock. She is deceased.

Mr. Leach, a veteran of World War II, was a farmer and operated a sawmill. Surviving are four stepdaughters, Betty Walls, Marsh-field, Lillie Walls, Fort Atkinson, Janice Doucett, Ope-lousas, and Dorothy Thiel, New Orleans, three stepsons, John Walls, Madison, Franklin Rice, Coloma, and Cecil Rice, Sullivan; 17 stepgrandchildren; 15 step-great-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-great grandchild. "The Wisconsin Plan" A 17-year-old girl was treated and released from Mercy Medical Center after the car she was driving struck a utility pole Saturday in Oshkosh at 1:41 a.m.

Police said Michelle Wohlt, of 1803 Oregon Oshkosh, was driving westbound on 16th Avenue toward South Main Street when she lost control of the car and hit the pole. Ms. Wohlt was taken to the hospital by the fire department's rescue squad. She was treated for a bruise to the forehead. Parked car damaged BERLIN A car belonging to Paul S.

Resop, Route 3, Ripon, was damaged while it was parked on North Capron Street late Friday night. A Berlin police report said Resop noticed his car had been moved ahead when he returned to it at 1 a.m. Saturday. He did not notice it had been damaged until 9 a.m. Saturday.

No injuries in mishap BERLIN No injuries were reported in a dump truck accident at 7:40 a.m. Friday on 34th Road in the town of Aurora. Daniel J. Streblinski, 23, no address given, told authorities from Waushara County he met two school buses and two cars and edged to the right side of the road. The front wheel of the truck went off the pavement, making it swerve into the ditch.

Car ransacked MENASHA Irvin Gunther, 708 Lincoln notified police Saturday that his car had been ransacked while parked in his garage. Police said the glove compartment had been opened, and papers and other items were strewn around the passenger side of the vehicle. Apparently nothing is missing. The incident occurred after 11 p.m. Friday.

Roto-tiller stolen A roto-tiller owned by Charles Ploudre, of 44 DePere Menasha, was reported stolen on Friday to the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department. Ploudre said the roto-tiller, valued at $760, was taken from a storage shed near Oakridge Road in the town of Menasha within the last three weeks. Nothing else was reported missing. on Tuesday, June 14. The outage has been scheduled so the company can upgrade the electrical system.
